Planning and Reserving Your Forest Visit
Planning for Consortium Member Institutions
Consortium member institutions visit the Forest for both day trips and overnight stays. We have developed information sheets and forms (in pdf format) to help you plan your trip to the Forest and make it an outstanding experience for your group. You can also find out how to reserve your trip.
Planning for Non-Consortium Members
The Black Rock Forest Consortium welcomes the use of its facilities by environmentally like-minded not-for-profit and corporate groups. For minimal fees, our Forest Lodge and our Science and Education Center are available for retreats, staff development workshops, and board meetings. See our Forest Lodge brochure for more information about accommodations and activities. Please call the Forest office at 845-534-4527 to explain the nature of your group and your visit.
