Many school groups have visited the Forest and have stayed overnight at the Forest Lodge. We have developed information sheets and forms (in pdf format) to help you plan your trip to the Forest and make it an outstanding experience for your students.

Forest Lodge - Information and Forms for Overnight Visits

• Find out what steps to follow to reserve and plan for your overnight stay in the Forest Lodge.
• Use the online Availability Calendar to explore available rooms and dates for staying at the Forest Lodge.  Then, use our secure online reservation service (provided by Availability Online) to Request a Reservation.  We will review your request and return a confirmation e-mail to you.
• Learn about the Forest Lodge and its facilities with our Lodge Information Sheet.
• Read guidelines and rules for using the Forest Lodge.
• Download and complete the Visitor Activity Form if you are planning to use Forest equipment, staff, Science Center classrooms and labs, and if you are planning to visiting us for just a day.
• Download and complete a Room Assignment form for your overnight stay.
• Download information about the Lodge kitchen, food services and catering.
