Volunteer Photographers

We appreciate and encourage all photographers (professional and amateur) to submit their best photography of Black Rock Forest for use in our social media, website and annual calendar. All topics and seasons are needed, preferably with landscape orientation and of high resolution. As long as the photo was taken at Black Rock Forest we would love to see it!

Before submitting materials to us we request that you complete and sign our Photographer’s Agreement Form. The form will be kept on file and only needs to be completed once.

    I grant to Black Rock Forest (BRF) and their media representatives the non-exclusive rights to edit, use, reuse and publish products/images that I have shared with BRF for non-profit purposes including use in print, social media and marketing materials; on signage; on the internet; or as framed prints for gifts etc.

    As the photographer /creator of these images, I remain the owner of the copyright of these images. Any and all rights to these images offered herein are not transferable; BRF may not offer, give, transfer, sell or authorize the rights to these photo images to any third party.

    I hereby release BRF and its agents and employees from all claims, demands, and liabilities whatsoever in connection with the above.

    I authorize the use of these products/images with the understanding that full and appropriate credit for my work will be provided.
